Delivery
We offer a same day dispatch service for all orders before 4.00pm GMT, (excluding weekends). If you wish to add a message to your package such as “Please leave in the shed” you can add this in at the order confirmation stage of the checkout process.
We offer delivery at a standard flat rate cost – So no matter how much you order, meaning the more you spend the more you save. Our delivery partner is Royal Mail who are known for being reliable and fast with your orders, and standard orders are posted via second class post.
For larger parcels we use the carrier Parcelforce. Delivery times are an estimated 2 to 3 working days for second class and 1 to 2 working days for first class (including Saturdays) giving you the speediest, most cost effective service possible.
If your item hasn’t arrived in the expected time frame please check with your local Post Office Depot to ensure your parcel is not waiting for you. If that isn’t the case you must wait 15 days until Royal Mail will accept that the item is lost in the post. At that point please Contact Us and we’ll happily replace or refund your order.
All of our items are packed very securely to ensure that your item arrives to you in perfect condition. If however your item does arrive broken please Contact Us. We will request an image of the damaged item at which point we will happily replace or refund your order. In some cases we may ask you to send the item back to us for further inspection.
For overseas orders we send all of our items out via the Royal Mail International, Tracked and Signed for service. We ship to the EU, the USA and Canada
Returns and Refund Policy
We trust you will be delighted with any product purchased on our website. It is an express condition of sale that the following returns and refund policy is agreed by the buyer.
Any item may be returned for any reason WITHIN 10 DAYS of receipt of order. Unwanted items must be undamaged, unused and in the original manufacturer’s packaging. We will not be able to refund postage costs for these items.
Items returned for replacement due to damage in transit or dispatch errors will not incur any costs and the return postage to us will be refunded. It is an express condition of return that second class post will be reimbursed. If you choose to post any items first class or guaranteed next day delivery we will only refund the cost of second class post.
If you wish to return an item you must:
(1) Notify us within the timescale stated above, explaining your reason for return.
(2) Confirm whether you want to refund, replace or receive store credit.
(3) Parcel the item securely for transit, using the original undamaged box.
(4) Once we have received and verified the returned item we will refund, replace or issue store credit for the item.
Return Payments
We issue return payments as soon as we have received and inspected your item. This enables you to get your money back as fast as possible. Times for money to transfer between banks and service providers can vary from 1 to 14 working days. If your money has not been returned to your account within 5 working days please contact your bank or service provider to be advised on their refund times.
