Wigtown Show

The whole family can enjoy a great day out at this agricultural show. Watch the judging of the cattle, horse, sheep, goat & poultry classes in the morning then the grand parade of livestock and heavy horse driving & Tug o’War competitions in the afternoon. Dogs on leads are welcome and can enter the dog show and have a go at the fun dog agility course.

During the day browse the many trade stands and shop in the craft & food marquees.

Enjoy the varied demonstrations, children’s entertainment, bar & catering facilities around the showfield.

Always the first Wednesday in August.
